In February 2014 IGT began executing Resorts World’s Existing media plan and immediately began incorporating our Client Reinvestment Program® to drive new sales.
By Q2 2014 we created a revised comprehensive strategy which overhauled and enhanced media inclusions and ROI.
IGT successfully re-negotiated several existing contracts for Resorts and sought new opportunistic media that would increase exposure and ROI without increasing overall spend. Increase in Out of Home and broadcast media were the primary focus.
By reinvesting over $500,000 towards the cash pre-purchase of cruises, IGT has sent over 5,000 new customers…and counting!
